A few years ago I was living out other people’s expectations and choices while longing for a life of freedom, creativity, deep community, and purpose.
Now I run a business helping women break through limiting beliefs to craft their new story and live a new life. Having done it for myself now, I am here for other women to engage in the sacred work of becoming who they want to be.
The work begins with knowing that you are worthy of a different way of being, and that you are capable of making the change. I not only believe, but I know success leaves clues. You’ve done hard things in your life. Now is the time to begin seeing yourself as I see you as Worthy and Capable.

Designing a world of transformation and inclusion
Hi, I’m Jamila K. Gaskins, she/her - equity-minded, justice oriented, trauma-informed, coach, consultant, speaker.
My life’s work is devoted to freedom and living in a way that doesn’t violate the truth of who I am, or who you are, but honors and celebrates the uniqueness of us both.
As a coach, I hold space for and believe in a vision for women to live fully integrated, resilient lives. Together we clear the static and noise to hear and honor their unique, powerful voices, align with their guiding principles, and take action to claim and create a life of freedom, joy, agency, and connection.
As a consultant and speaker, I partner with organizations to co-create more inclusive, equitable workplaces. I utilize a platform of storytelling, relationship building and interconnectedness to advance learning, and to celebrate and design better organizations.
I believe a world of equity, justice, care, and wellbeing is possible. We must imagine it and choose it, then be intentional in how we live and work in relationship with ourselves and others.
